Preheat
oven to 450oF. Bring
large pot of salted water to the boil.
Blanch the broccoli florets for 3 minutes in the boiling water, then
immediately drain and shock in cold water. Drain.
Melt
butter in large skillet, and over medium high heat sauté the onions until
beginning to brown. Set aside.
Spread
each Boboli® pizza crust with favorite brand of jarred Alfredo
sauce. Sprinkle broccoli florets
over sauce, then distribute the sautéed onions evenly over the tops of the
pizzas. Spread the langostinos
evenly over both crusts, and finish with a sprinkling of your favorite shredded
Italian cheese blend.
