For the Sauce
- In a small saucepan, combine all the ingredients.
- Slowly simmer for 15 minutes.
- Remove from the heat, and strain through a mesh strainer before using.
For the Fish
- Place the fish on a wire rack that has been sprayed with a nonstick spray.
- Place over a sheet pan or cookie sheet.
- Take a spoon and ladle the sauce over the fish in an even layer.
- Cook under a preheated broiler.
- Cook for 3-4 minutes, the fish should be browned and firm.
Serve with steamed rice and your favorite Asian style vegetable such as baby bok choy or shitake mushrooms.
